President Joe Biden is set to address the General Assembly early Tuesday at United Nations headquarters in Manhattan.

He was expected to discuss Ukraine’s defense against the 19-month-old Russian invasion and democracy in the U.S. and around the world.

Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, was also slated to address the assembly.
